What if I can't attend live?

No problem at all! If you register anyway you'll be sent the replay afterwards.

How long will it last?

It'll run for 1 hour. But if you have additional questions I'm happy to hang around for longer if you'd like that.

Will it be recorded?

Yes - so that you can get a copy of the replay. You might want to watch it again as there is a specific activity we'll do that will really help. But you are very welcome to keep your camera off if that's your preference. You don't even need to share your name on the zoom call if you don't want to.

What will we actually do in the session?

Well - some of it you'll have to wait and see. But there will be a combinatation of practical information that you can learn, plus an exercise or two that you can take away and do again as many times as you like.

What about inclusivity?

If you have a specific need to be able to access this session fully, please do let me know. I'm happy to accommodate any accesibility needs - but for practical reasons I won't automatically cover every possibility unless I know it's needed.

If you're neurodivergent and need to keep your camera off, or fidget throughout - that's totally fine. There won't be any meditations or visualisations involved. You can just listen or watch in whatever way works for you.
